Joerg Krewinkel

Joerg Krewinkel started working in the field of lighting business in 1988 with Staff Leuchten Gmbh, which was some years later taken over from Zumtobel and merged to Zumtobel Staff. He moved to switzerland in 1996 and was practising marketing & Sales for some years in Zurich. In 2002 he founded his own lighting design studio named Lichtkompetenz based in Zurich. His international network brought him alongside many global projects. Meanwhile LK has 2 more branch offices in Sofia (Bulgaria) and HongKong. The studio’s global project portfolio in all applications with a focus on the retail, hospitality and residential sectors reflects the high standards of the activity. Joerg Krewinkel and his team always pursue the holistic planning approach. The day-to-day business of lighting and product design is rounded off by lectures and training courses through to strategic consulting.
